Short Shake Redemption
A photoshoot-ready POG margarita with passionfruit, galangal and a lemongrass-bitters whisper.

Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Mestiza Negra Mezcal
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Lime juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Passion fruit puree
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Orange juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Guava puree
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Galangal syrup
- 2 dashes Lemongrass bitters
Method
- Short-shake all ingredients with one large cube.
- Pour everything — ice and all — into a stemmed glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit and a galangal leaf.
