Mango, papaya and jalapeño — fresh-off-the-vine levity with a serious evening kick.

Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Mestiza Negra Mezcal
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Papaya syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lime juice
- 0.25 oz (7 ml) Mango pulp
- 0.25 oz (7 ml) Jalapeño shrub
Method
- Shake and double-strain into a big double rocks glass over cubed ice.
- Rim with tajín adhered by chamoy.
