Dulces Sueños

Mango, papaya and jalapeño — fresh-off-the-vine levity with a serious evening kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Mestiza Negra Mezcal
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Papaya syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime juice
  • 0.25 oz (7 ml) Mango pulp
  • 0.25 oz (7 ml) Jalapeño shrub

Method

  1. Shake and double-strain into a big double rocks glass over cubed ice.
  2. Rim with tajín adhered by chamoy.
